Please contact us if you are not able to attend

All patrons will be required to bring their own hospital approved masks to wear on arrival and inside the reception and change rooms.

Masks are optional in the pool.
-
Social distancing considering the 4 square meter rule will be required at all times unless receiving treatment from the Physiotherapist
-
Please wait in your car until just prior to your appointment time
-
Hand hygiene on entering the facility
-
Change rooms will be open however if appropriate patrons are encouraged to arrive dressed in swim wear and shower at home.

One patron per cubicle in the male and female change room at all times

Please DO NOT attend your session if:
-
you are experiencing the symptoms of COVID-19 - fever, cough, sore throat, breathing difficulties or wheezing, headache or any other signs of respiratory infection

you have recently been exposed to a confirmed COVID case
-
you are awaiting the result of a COVID test
-
you are required to isolate or quarantine

Contactless payment by credit card or invoice is encouraged
Facilities to claim private Health insurance are available via HiCaps. Please bring to your initial appointment the following:

Please inform the Physiotherapist if there has been any changes to your medical history

Personal pool programs should be stored at home and brought with you to the pool.

Pool equipment should be immersed under the water between patients.

All pool side medications including inhalers are to be stored poolside in zip lock bags with patients name visible

All patrons are required to wear non slip foot wear such as thongs or crocs around the pool deck and in the
change rooms at all times -
Please note that whilst the above standards are in place to reduce risk, there remains some level of risk of exposure to COVID-19 within the hydrotherapy facility.

Patients who are more vulnerable due to age and chronic health conditions should discuss their risk versus benefits of hydrotherapy with the Physiotherapy staff.
